Ira “Dewayne” Robison, 88, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012, at Bothwell Regional Health Center. He was born on September 22, 1924, in Pryor, OK, a son of Ira Anderson and Clearcie Evelyn (Cantrell) Robison.   On December 12, 1964 in Crawford, NE,  he was united in marriage to Anita Iva Nation, who survives of the home.     He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, fishing and hunting.  Dewayne loved to be with his family and had a love for animals. He served his country honorably in the US Navy, in WWII.    Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, Nerissa Ann Collins of Overland Park, KS and Darwin Dewayne Robison of Springfield, MO; two sisters, Eva Buescher and her husband Erwin of Tulsa, OK and Gladys Lollis and her husband Jimmy of Henrietta, OK; four grandchildren, Seth Dillon Robison, Madeline Halamaj, Blake Andrew Lance and Derek Lee Hughes; and several nieces and nephews.    Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Quemby and Hubert Robison.   Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with Warren Taylor and George Peterson officiating.
