Olga Auguste Cathrine Borchers, 95, of Cole Camp, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia.  She was born on November 24, 1919, on the family farm near Cole Camp, Missouri, a daughter of Andrew and Bertha (Kaiser) Borchers.

She attended grade school at Mora and spent her youth on the family farm.  On December 25, 1941, at St. John's Lutheran Church Parsonage, she was united in marriage to Homer Borchers, who preceded her in death on September 25, 2006.  This union was blessed with the gift of two sons, Wesley and Winston.

Olga was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Cole Camp, where she  belonged to the Ladies Aid and LWML.  She  had worked at the MFA Grocery in Cole Camp  and was a homemaker.  She was a member of the German Club and Plattduetscher Vereen, volunteered at the Cole Camp Senior Center, and enjoyed dancing.

She is survived by:
two sons, Wesley Borchers and his wife Lonny of Blue Springs and Winston Borchers and his wife Pat of Lone Jack;
one sister, Elaine Miesner of Cole Camp;
five grandchildren, Shawn Stansill, Kelly Knosby, Gina Malinoski, Wade Borchers, and Christopher Borchers;
thirteen great-grandchildren, Shannon, Brandon, and Brittany Breen, Courtney, Megan, and Sydney Stansill, Matthew and Blaine Knosby, Wyatt, Abigail, and Alayna Borchers, and Lydia and Lawson Borchers; and
one great-great-grandson, Shannon Breen, Jr.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Bertha Borchers, a sister, Mildred E. Heimsoth, and two brothers, Marvin and Ervin Borchers.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Cole Camp, with Pastor Michael Boothby officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Cole Camp.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the church.

The family suggests memorial contributions be given to St. John's Lutheran Church or Cole Camp Senior Center in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Stansill, Wade Borchers, Christopher Borchers, Mike Phifer, Fred Oelrichs, and Ryan Oelrichs.
