One Injured in Pettis Co. Rollover Wreck

A 62-year old man from Sweet Springs was injured Thursday afternoon after his vehicle overturned in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just after 2:00, on Smelser Road just west of Highway 65.

According to the online crash report, a 2004 Kenworth traveled off the road and overturned, coming to rest on the driver side.

The driver, 62-year old Harlan E. Reid, suffered moderate injuries. Reid was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The Kenworth was totaled and towed from the scene.

Pettis County deputies assisted the MSHP.
