Patricia Ann Perkins, 66, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born October 11, 1948, in Sedalia, daughter of the late Waldo Andrew Klaus Fuchs and Georgia Nell Laxson Fuchs.

On November 7, 1976, in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Ted Walker Perkins, who preceded her in death on December 23, 2008.

Pat worked at the Sedalia Middle School prior to retiring. She was a member of C.A.C.T.U.S. and Altrusa, served on the board of Pettis County Health Center, volunteered at Open Door and at the cancer center at Bothwell Regional Health Center, and served on the kitchen committee at Calvary Baptist Church, where she was a member. Pat enjoyed quilting, volunteering and traveling.

Surviving are one daughter, Tammy Spratley and husband, Doug, of Chesterfield; one son, Scott Perkins and wife Kristin, of Fox Island, WA; two grandchildren, Jared and Morgan Spratley; a sister, Donna Hayworth, of Sedalia; and a sister-in-law, Darlene Pluger, of Beavercreek, OH.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Heckart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Downing officiating.
Casket bearers will be Jared Spratley, Bruce Spratley, Bill Garrison, Kevin Fox, Jim Huff and Bill Huff.

Honorary bears will be Rev. Ted Francis and Robert Robinson.

Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, at Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Calvary Baptist Church Kitchen Committee.
