Peggy L. McCutchen, 85, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Duane Duchesne officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army, in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Born September 18, 1929 in Nelson, MO, she was the daughter of the late W.L. and Edna Miller Smith. On May 24, 1947 in Olathe, KS, she was united in marriage to Dale McCutchen, who survives of the home. Also surviving are a daughter, Pamela Bass (Paul) of Florence, MO; three sons, Robert McCutchen (Dee) of El Paso, TX, Larry McCutchen (Susan) of Dallas, TX and John McCutchen (Donna) of Cookeville, TN; one brother, Mack Smith of Heber Springs, AR; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Smith; and a grandson, Rob MCutchen.

She was a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed cooking and crossword puzzles. Her life was centered around her family and God.
