The Pettis County Sheriff's Department responded to the area of S. Washington Ave and 32nd Street on Friday (Oct 13), in reference to stealing from a vehicle. The victim reportedly told deputies that someone had rummaged through her vehicle the night before and stole a wallet. The investigation is ongoing.


Deputies also responded to the 2900 of S. Washington to investigate a complaint of Vehicle Tampering. on Friday (Oct 13). The victim reportedly told deputies that someone rummaged through his vehicle the night before. According to the sheriff's report, no items were reported missing. There are no suspects and the investigation is ongoing.


On Friday (Oct 13), Pettis County deputies took a report that a wallet had been stolen from a Chevy Sliverado, while it was parked in front of a residence in the 3300 block of S. Grand Ave. The incident is currently under investigation.


On Friday (Oct 13), deputies took a report of two stolen vehicles in the 22000 block of Highway MM. The victim reportedly told deputies that his black Ford F-250 truck and a Nissan Altima were stolen from his home sometime overnight. There are no suspects at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
