Pettis County Law Day Cases from July 16, 2018

Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved on the July 16 Law Day in Pettis County Circuit Court; courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.

Jonathan W. Ayers:  age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

Samantha Jacobs:  age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin).

Brendan Allen Beasley:  age 26, Knob Noster, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking Drugs.

Margaret M. Fields:  age 39, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Kenneth A. Smith:  age 58, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault in the Second Degree.
