Pettis County Man Arrested After Sheriff’s Office Receives Anonymous Tip

Deputies with the Pettis County Sheriff's Office discovered over 70 grams of high grade marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and about $2300 in cash after searching a residence in the 6600 block of US 50 on March 29. The Sheriff's Office says they received an anonymous tip of illegal drug activity at the residence. The homeowner, Ryan D. Potter, reportedly gave deputies consent to search the residence. Potter was placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Deputies are requesting charges of possession with the intent to deliver, possession of marijuana more than 35 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
