Platte County Boy Recovering From Shooting

PLATTE CITY, Mo. (AP) — A Platte County boy is recovering after authorities say he shot himself in the leg. Captain Erik Holland says deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a rural home yesterday. Holland says the boy was playing with a .45-caliber handgun when it discharged.
