Police Confirm Man Found in Car Was Missing St. Charles Man

Police in St. Louis have confirmed that the body found in a car this week was that of a St. Charles man who disappeared several weeks ago.

The body of 36-year-old James Schroeder was discovered Tuesday inside his car in St. Louis. Neighbors noticed the car had multiple tickets on the windshield and called police, who found the body.

Police say Schroeder's body had no signs of trauma, but an autopsy will confirm cause of death. He had last been seen by relatives on Jan. 28, and they filed a missing person's report on Feb. 12.
