Police Discover Hughesville Man Passed Out in his Vehicle While Allegedly Clutching Meth Pipe
A 31-year-old Hughesville man was arrested by Sedalia Police after officers responded to Casey's General Store, 16th and Grand on a subject passed out in his vehicle Friday at 12:48 a.m.
According to a report, the male was not responding when officers arrived, and a pipe with meth was observed in his hand prior to being awakened by police.
After the subject refused medical attention, Sean M. Clark was placed under arrested and later cleared for confinement by Bothwell Regional Health Center. He was then transported to the Pettis County Jail.
Clark was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
