Police Reportedly Discover Drugs and Paraphernalia During Arrest
Police say a 32-year-old man being arrested for active warrants was discovered to be in possession of drugs.
On October 18, police say the observed 32-year-old Eugene Sharp walking in the area of 6th and Ohio. A check of his information found an active P&P warrant, and an active FTA warrant from Jackson County.
Police say that while they were arresting Sharp, a zipper pouch was located that contained drugs and other items. Sharp faces several charges, including possession of marijuana, possession of other dangerous non-narcotic drugs, possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.
