CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) — Rick Stream's losing margin for St. Louis County executive grew slightly after general election results were certified, but the state lawmaker still hasn't ruled out requesting a recount. Certified results show that the Republican state lawmaker from Kirkwood lost to Democrat Steve Stenger, a County Council member, by 1,854 votes. The Stream campaign says a decision on whether to seek a recount will be made "in the coming days."
