According to a Sedalia Police department Press Release at 3:50 Sunday afternoon Sedalia police were dispatched to the Tiger Eagle Stop at 3415 East Broadway on a robbery. Upon arrival the clerk told the officers a black male entered the store, and told them he was there to conduct maintenance on one of the businesses utilities. The clerk complied with the request at which time the suspect pulled a handgun, pointed it at the clerk and demanded money.  The black male exited the store with an undisclosed amount of money, and got into a black full size SUV with some type of white writing on the driver’s side door. A white driver possibly a male was in the driver’s seat, and the vehicle left the store and proceeded East on 50 Highway. The suspect is described as a 6-foot tall, bald black man with a muscular build, wearing light blue mechanic’s overalls with light stripe. There is no further information on the driver.
