Rosemary Melany Dotson, 53

Rosemary Melany Dotson, 53, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born June 23, 1961, in West Virginia, daughter of Robert and Mildred Utt Gross.

Rosemary was a retired critical care registered nurse. She was a member of the Central Missouri Blind Association and the Church of Christ. She enjoyed photography, collecting gem stones and walking with her seeing eye dog, Rocky.

Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Frakes (Michael), of Kansas City, KS; her mother, Mildred Lemasters, of Florida; and two sisters, Rosetta (twin), and Bobbi.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robbie Dunn; and her father.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday May 16 at the Church of Christ located at 14th and Stewart. Service is at 2pm, and visitation begins at 12:30pm.

Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

She will be greatly missed by many.
