The Hayden Liberty Center Association for the Arts and Starline Brass are thrilled to welcome Royal Wade Kimes back to the Liberty Center stage. The concert will be Saturday, Nov. 5, beginning at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. The show is always a rousing, energetic, packed concert. Kimes will pay tribute to our American heroes during the show. Join us at the Liberty Center to celebrate our veterans. Local American Roots Band One Track Train will open the show.

The community is invited to purchase tickets in order to send local veterans as no charge to them to the concert. Veterans tickets will be distributed through the local VFW and American Legion Organizations. Royal Wade Kimes recently received the Country Music CD of the Year for his 2016 CD, Shadows of Time from the National Traditional Music Association as well as a top performer with a voice reminiscent of the crooners of yesterday.

Before becoming a recording artist and author of western novels he was the highest paid staff writer on Music Row in Nashville, Tenn. A man of many talents, Kimes is also a visual artist. In the Wood Dale Farms Western Art Gallery at the Liberty Center are several pieces drawn by Wade along with the award from NTMA.

He has graced the cover of magazines like True West, Shooting Sports and Horseman’s Roundup to name a few. He has won numerous awards for his writings, recordings and performing works.

Royal Wade has shared the stage with the likes of Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Powers Booth, Trace Atkins, and many more. His film “Dixie Burns” which he directed and starred in was given a five star status rating by the industry music critics in Music City and HD/Film Specialist of Hollywood.
