Sedalia Area Arrest Reports for the Evening of March 26, 2017
Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop around 3:15 Saturday afternoon (Mar 25), in the area of Ohio and Johnson Avenue, for a minor traffic violation. According to the report, police made contact with the occupants in the vehicle. A woman in the vehicle turned out to have an active FTA warrant from Phelps County. Sedalia Police arrested the woman, 24-year-old Tiffany L. Fretueg, of Columbia. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a $5,000 bond.
Around 12:30 Saturday morning (Mar 25), Sedalia Police made contact with a suspect in the 2500 block of South Grand Avenue. A computer check revealed the suspect to have 4 FTA warrants from Lebanon, MO. The suspect, 25-year-old Justin William Piercy was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a $3,010 bond.
Around 10:00 Friday night (Mar 24), Sedalia Police responded to the 1100 block of West 10th Street in reference to a violation of ex-parte. According to the report, dispatch confirmed the suspect had an active Pettis County warrant. The suspect, 31-year-old Crystal A. Ballenger, was arrested an taken to the Pettis County Jail with a $1,500 bond.
On Thursday night (Mar 23), Sedalia Police responded to Sonic, located at 2800 South Limit. According to the report, officers were dispatched in regards to a traffic complaint about a careless driver. The investigation revealed the driver to be in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, various forms of controlled prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia. The driver, 53-year-old Ricky Dean Roberts, of Cole Camp, was arrested for various drug-related offences. Roberts was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail.
According to a report from the Pettis County Sheriff's Department, on Saturday (Mar 25) Pettis County Sheriff's deputies arrested Charles Michael Wayne Billingsley, in the 21000 block of Highway 50, for trespassing.
