On Friday (Jan 20), Sedalia Police officers responded to the 600 block of South Moniteau Avenue, in reference to suspicious activity. Officers made contact with the subject and relayed his information to dispatch. The male subject had a Johnson County warrant. The subject, 25-year old Kaleb Thomas Krumroy, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a $1,500 bond.

 

Sedalia Police officers conducted a warrant check in the 900 block of South Beacon Avenue, on Friday (Jan 20). The suspect had a Sedalia Municipal warrant for failure-to-appear and a Pettis County warrant for Harassment of Communications. 21-year old Jacoby Marquis Bell was arrested for the warrants and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a total bond of $1,593.50.

 

Around 4:00 Thursday afternoon (Jan 19), Sedalia Police officers conducted a warrant check in the 400 block of East 3rd Street. Dispatch advised that the female subject had a probation and violation warrant. 62-year old Catherine Cerena Worlledge was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a cash bond of $500.


 

On Friday (Jan 20), Pettis County Sheriff's deputies took a report in the 900 block of McVey Road, of a stolen Gold 2007 Dodge Nitro, with a Missouri license number; KB3-X6E. At the time of the report, there are no leads or subjects. Deputies are requesting that anyone with information about the missing vehicle, to call the Pettis County Sheriff's Office at 660-827-0052 or the Tips Hotline, at 660-827-TIPS (8411).

 

On Friday (Jan 20), Pettis County Sheriff's deputies arrested Fredys Omar Salmeron-Benavides, of Marshall, MO, for possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a valid license.

 

Friday night (Jan 20), deputies and Pettis County Fire Department personnel responded to the 1500 block of Crestview, for a report of smoke in the area. The investigation is still ongoing. There were no further details listed in that report.
