Monday afternoon (Sept 18), Pettis County Sheriff's deputies arrested Aaron R. Dove, of Green Ridge, for a felony FTA warrant. Dove's bond was set at $15,000.


Around 10:00 Friday night (Sept 15), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop near 5th Street and Osage Ave, for a vehicle with no license plate light. Officers conducted a computer check of the occupants and discovered one passenger had a felony FTA warrant from Jackson County. The passenger, 45-year old Anthony L. Stewart, of Kansas City, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a bond of $10,000.


Around 6:30 Saturday evening (Sept 16), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop near E. 16th Street and S. Ingram Ave. The driver reportedly had a suspended license. Police arrested 34-year old Tristan Michael Neth. He was placed on a twenty-four hold in the Pettis County Jail, pending a state charge.


On Sunday (Sept 17), a victim told Sedalia Police that she stopped at a business in the 300 block of W. Broadway and was assaulted by someone known to her. The victim also reported her glasses were broken. According to the report, officers made contact with the suspect, 30-year old Christopher T. Blanks. Police issued a municipal summons to Blanks, for assault and property damage. There were no further details listed in that report.


Around 2:00 Saturday morning (Sept 16), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 500 block of E. 5th Street. The victim came home and noticed his T.V. had been taken from the residence. The television is valued at $800. There were no further details listed in that report.
