Sedalia Business Women Now Accepting Scholarship Apps

The Sedalia Business Women (SBW) organization has announced they are accepting applications for their annual scholarships.

Sedalia Business Women (SBW) is a local chapter of the Missouri Business Women, an organization that strives to make real changes for women in not only their business and professional lives, but also politically and personally.

Each year SBW awards scholarships based on financial needs and available funds.

Applications can be found on the SBW website:  sedaliabwm.org under the “Scholarships” tab and must be submitted by the July 13 deadline.  Applicants need not be SBW members but must be re-entering the job market or re-training to improve job opportunities.

The scholarship can be used towards a one-year certificate, a two-year associate degree, a four-year Bachelor’s degree or beyond.  Additional requirements are listed on the scholarship application.
