Sedalia Chip and Seal Continues for Week of July 16

The City of Sedalia will continue the chip and seal project on city streets the week of July 16.

According to the City of Sedalia's website, the following is a list of streets where improvements are planned:

Ware Ave. from E. 12th St. to S. Emmet Ave.
S. Washington Ave. from E. 16th St. to E. 24th St.
S. Ohio Ave. from E. 16th St. to E. 32nd St.
E. 31st St. from S. Ohio Ave. to the dead end

Wed., July 18, 2018

S. Missouri Ave. from W. 16th St. to W. 24th St.
S. Quincy Ave. from W. 16th St. to W. 20th St.
S. Sneed Ave. from W. 16th St. to W. 20th St.
S. Beacon Ave. from W. 16th St. to W. 20th St.
W. 20th St. from S. Grand Ave. to S. Limit Ave.

W. 16th St. from S. Limit Ave. to S. Barrett Ave. east bound
W. 16th St. from S. Limit Ave. to S. Barrett Ave. west bound
W. 16th St. from S. Barrett Ave. to S. Park Ave.

In areas where City crews are maintaining the roadway, motorists may experience delays due to lane restrictions and may want to consider using alternate routes.
