Sedalia Driver Charged With Six Violations After Crash at Broadway & Ohio

Sedalia Police arrested Samuel Aaron Bartlett, 33, Sedalia, after an injury accident that occurred at Broadway and Ohio Thursday just before 8 a.m.

According to the police report, Bartlett was the driver of a vehicle that allegedly ran a red light, causing a motor vehicle collision.

Bartlett was charged with Failure to Obey a Traffic Signal, Careless Driving, No Proof of Insurance, 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of Child, Failure to Use a Child Passenger Restraint System (for unrestricted minor children in the car), and Driving While Revoked.

Bartlett was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges.
