Sedalia Police arrested a 55-year-old Sedalia man around 10 p.m. on July 6 after being called on a trespassing complaint at a local convenience store.

According to a police report, the suspect had left the business by the time police arrived, but was later contacted in the 1600 block of East Broadway and arrested for trespassing.

Police say a search of Leroy Len Curry led to the discovery of three different prescription pills: Lorazepam, Oxcycodone and Hyrdocodone. Curry was reportedly intoxicated. He was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to get cleared for confinement, and was then taken to the Pettis County Jail.
