Sedalia Man Charged with Child Molestation

A 47-year old Sedalia man was recently charged with numerous counts of child molestation involving a juvenile boy that occurred during the course of several years.

Court documents indicate that David B. Wilson was accused of molesting the boy while the juvenile was 8 - 15 years old. KMMO reports the abuse allegedly started when the boy and his mother and stepfather lived in Clinton, MO. The alleged abuse continued when they moved to Sedalia.

Wilson reportedly showed the boy pornography. The abuse allegedly escalated from there and included deviate sexual acts, according to KMMO. The victim alleges he was molested over 100 times during the course of several years.

Wilson has been charged with 4 counts of felony 1st Degree Child Molestation. A court date in Pettis County is pending.

It was noted the victim is now 22-years old.
