Sedalia Man Injured in Crash

A Sedalia man suffered moderate injuries in a one-car crash that occurred at 8:45 this morning in Pettis County.

Kendal D. Brown, 24, was the driver of an eastbound 2009 Chrysler on Route Y, .7 mile east of Camp Branch Road when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a fence, then struck a culvert before coming to rest.

Brown was transported to University of Missouri Hospital, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. He was wearing a safety device, the report said.

The Chrysler had extensive damage and was towed from the scene by State Fair Towing.

The Pettis County County Sheriff's Office assisted the Patrol with the investigation.
