Sedalia Police and Coroner Investigating Death of an Infant

Sedalia PoliceYesterday afternoon (June 18), the Sedalia Police Department received a 911 medical transfer from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department about a deceased 8-month-old child at a residence in the 300 Block of North Depp.¬† The child was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by APSI Ambulance.

Sedalia Police responded to the residence and Bothwell Regional Health Center Emergency Room to investigate the incident. The Sedalia Police Investigative Division will be working with the Pettis County Coroner to complete an investigation. There is no evidence of foul play at this time.
