Here are your Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Department crime reports for September 7, 2012.

 

Sedalia man arrested on an active warrant Thursday night

Around 10:30 Thursday night, Sedalia police located a Sedalia man with an active warrant while responding to a call in the 300 block of North Heard on another matter. Officers arrested 47-year-old David Todd on a warrant for driving while revoked. At the time of the report Todd was on 24-hour hold pending a $5,000 bond.

 

Female victim flags down police to report a disturbance on South Ohio

Just before 8 o’clock Wednesday night, a female victim flagged the Sedalia police down to report a disturbance in the 1300 block of South Ohio. Following an investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old Jeffery Buchanan of Sedalia on a charge of 3rd degree domestic assault.  At the time of the police report Buchanan was in the Pettis County Jail on 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

 

Pettis County Sheriff’s Office reports a burglary early this (Friday) morning

At 12:22 this morning, a victim in the 4200 block of West Main reported a burglary to the Pettis county Sheriff’s Office. There was no information on the items that were stolen, but the report states an investigation continues at this time.
