The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A woman in the 1400 Block of West Main Street reported to Sedalia Police that a storage unit had been broken into and four to six totes of belongings were taken yesterday. Another woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone cut the lock off her storage locker and took about half of the items inside.

A man in the 300 Block of East 2nd reported to Sedalia Police that a $850 gold bracelet was stolen from his home between March 17 and 27.

A man in the 1600 Block of Heck Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that someone took his debit card from his home and withdrew $800 without permission.

A woman in the 1400 Block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police yesterday that someone stole her purse and its contents from her car in front of her home.

A woman in the 1100 Block of West 10th Street reported to Sedalia Police yesterday that someone stole a Fed-Ex package from her front porch.

Three Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Mary McNish for failure to appear, bond set at $150.

Pettis County Deputies arrested William Hunter on an active Pettis County warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Austin Wright on an active warrant out of Benton County.
