The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Crime Reports are from the morning of Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.

Sedalia Police Investigating A Sexual Assault Case

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was sexually assaulted in the 1000 Block of West 3rd. A suspect had been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Several Thefts Reported

Greg's Auto Sales reported to Sedalia Police that a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen between 5 p.m. on Aug. 14 and 9 a.m. on Aug. 15.

Sedalia Parks and Rec reported to Sedalia Police that someone had broke the water fountain on the north side of the building at 601 North Missouri. There was water that ran out of the fountain.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone scratched the trunk of her car. She believes that someone threw something at her vehicle in the area of South Ingram and East 16th.

A man in the 100 Block of South Stewart found the front door to his home standing open, but nothing appeared stolen from the home.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Shaleigh Fox for having a Sedalia warrant, bond set at $150 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Bemiss for failure to appear, bond set at $125 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Terry Johnson for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Shawn Woolston for driving while revoked.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Vena Schoonover for an outstanding warrant.
