Sedalia Police Investigate Two Thefts

A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone used his debit card online and purchased almost $200 in items.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she lost her Missouri WIC folder, which included her WIC checks, sometime since Nov. 10.

Sedalia Police Investigate An Animal Abuse Case

On Wednesday afternoon (Dec. 4), Sedalia Police went to the 400 Block of South New York in regard to a dog not being fed. Sedalia Police found the dog severely emaciated since the dog did not have proper food or water. The dog was seized and brought to the Sedalia Animal Shelter. The unnamed owners are facing state charges of animal abuse.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Lorenna Malotte for stealing a bottle of alcohol from Woods, valued at $19.99, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Delbert Gould for failure to appear out of Moniteau County, bond set at $250 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicole Redinger for failure to appear, bond set at $141.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Cory City for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Chiron Webb for driving a motor vehicle without headlights, possession of marijuana and abuse/lose violation.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Jeremy Bell for an active warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Peck for driving while suspended.

Pettis County Deputies arrested James Renno III for driving while suspended.
