The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a vehicle that was stolen between Feb. 20 and 24 from a shop building at the Meadowlark Acres Trailer Park on Ball Road.

Employees of Walmart reported to Sedalia Police that a suspect came in on two different occasions and stole the same item, then had other suspects return the items for $64.60 in gift cards.

A man from Marshall reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole his wallet while in Hughesville in the 16000 Block of Highway H.

Employees of Sedalia Machine Works and Manufacturing reported to Sedalia Police that a license plate was missing from one of the vehicles.

Sedalia Police located reported stolen property from California that was in Valiant Pawn Shop. The manager of Valiant Pawn signed a police property hold from while Sedalia Police investigates further.

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged a headstone at the Olive Branch Cemetery between Feb. 3 and 24.

Two Hit-and-Run Accidents Reported to Sedalia Police

A man in the 1100 Block of East 10th reported to Sedalia Police that someone struck his 1979 Grand Marquise between Feb. 21 and Feb 24.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that her vehicle was struck by a car while at Charter Communications parking lot in the 200 Block of West 7th.

Sedalia Police Make One Arrest

Sedalia Police arrested Jordan Rhodes for a Smithton warrant, bond set at $224.50.
