The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, April 3, 2015.

A Smithton man reported to Pettis County Deputies that somebody filed a tax return without his permission, under his name and is being investigated as identity theft.

The owner of El Mercadito reported to Sedalia Police that sometime between  8 p.m. on April 1 and 9 a.m. on April 2, that someone stole two security cameras, valued at $700, from his business.

An employee of Sedalia Automotive reported to Sedalia Police that a car he leased on March 5 has not been returned and it was due back on March 14.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone she knows threw a flashlight and damaged her car on April 1.

Sedalia Police investigated a report of a domestic disturbance in the area of 16th and South Stewart on Wednesday (April 1).

Pettis County Deputies arrested Kurt Lungstrom for a parole violation warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Joseph Luera Sr. for a violation of terms of ex-parte.
