The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, February 20, 2015.

Sedalia Police were involved in a vehicle pursuit around 6 last night (Feb. 19) that started with an investigation of fraud being committed at Wood's. Sedalia Police were tipped off by an off duty officer that a suspect was in the drive-thru pharmacy. The driver of the vehicle backed up and struck a flag pole and then fled onto Highway 50. The vehicle struck a tree at South Grand and 50 and eventually came to a stop at South Park and 50. 21-year-old April Windle was arrested for resisting arrest, property damage in the 1st, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger, Danielle Bradbury from Kansas City, was arrested for forgery and fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance from Wood's.

A woman in the area of South Prospect and West 16th, reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her 1999 Dodge Caravan, between 1:30 and 2:30 yesterday afternoon (Feb. 19).

Last night (Feb. 19), Sedalia Police were informed by a witness, that they saw someone running away from the Charter Communications office, at 210 West 7th Street. The person left in a car and Sedalia Police discovered the front door open, but nothing appeared stolen, last night (Feb. 19).

Sedalia Police arrested Dustin Mahan for failure to appear-felony, bond set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Charles Ford for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $1,500.

Sedalia Police arrested Ahmad Dupree for operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicholas Huerta for a drug violation of possession of marijuana felony, possession with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Ralph Bascom on an outstanding Pettis County felony warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested James Kohrs for a probation/parole violation.

Sedalia Police arrested William Staten for a private peace disturbance.
