Multiple Thefts Reported in the Area
A man in the 2500 Block of Southwest Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that someone entered his unlocked vehicle, between 2 and 4 yesterday morning (July 17), and removed items from the glovebox.
A man in the 1800 Block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police that someone got into his car and stole $27 in change.
A woman in the 500 Block of East 25th reported to Sedalia Police that someone got into her two unlocked cars yesterday (July 17). The suspect stole $13 in change and a Detroit Lions cd holder, valued at $10.
A wallet was found yesterday (July 17), in 1100 Block of West 10th and the owener was found. The owner reported to Sedalia Police that $100 in cash, two Mastercards and a Union Pacific id card was missing from the wallet.
A woman in the 2400 Block of North Woodlawn Drive reported to Sedalia Police that $23 was stolen from her purse, yesterday (July 17).
A woman in the 600 Block of West 6th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her son's red, white and black Huffy ZRX bike with white wall tires.
A man in the 1700 Block of South Osage reported to Sedalia Police, yesterday (July 17), that someone stole his blue 24-inch Roadmaster 15-speed Mountain Bike from his porch.
An employee of Casey's at 3050 South Limit, reported to Sedalia Police that they had a $52.15 and a $13.01 gas drive off that happened.
Yesterday (July 17), A set of keys were found on Highway 50.
Three Arrests Made
Sedalia Police arrested Joshua Mattson for failure to appear, bond set at $200.
Sedalia Police arrested Juan Argueta for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.
Pettis County Deputies arrested Brendan VanWinkle of Sedalia on an active warrant out of the Jefferson City Police Department.
