The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, September 12, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A man in the area of US Highway 65 and Tatum Loop reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole his vehicle, between September 1 and 11.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police, early this morning (Sept. 12), that someone broke a car window in the area of South Grand and 17th. Sedalia Police found the owner of the vehicle was incarcerated in the Pettis County Jail.

Yesterday (Sept. 11), Sedalia Police did a traffic stop at West Broadway and Moniteau and seized an expired Missouri temporary tag.

Pettis County Deputies recovered a set of stolen license plates in the area of Hitaffer Road.

A key ring with sixteen keys were found in the 200 Block of West 2nd.

Five Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Walter Simms for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $227.

Sedalia Police arrested Billy Hill for a public disturbance charge, after he and a neighbor were yelling and cursing at each other and Hill took off running after the neighbor.

Sedalia Police arrested Walter Rogers Jr. and Joshua Asbury for driving while suspended.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Mike Dillon for an active warrant for his arrest.
