The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, September 19, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A woman in the 1800 Block of South Sneed, reported to Sedalia Police that her 1999 Blue Nissan Sentra was stolen, between 12:30 yesterday morning (Sept. 18) and 3 yesterday afternoon (Sept. 18).

A woman in the 200 Block of South Quincy reported to Sedalia Police that her 6-year-old white pit bull was stolen.

An employee of Arnwine Construction, at 200 South Marvin, reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole $3,450 in items from the business, between July 15 and September 18. According to Sedalia Police, ten truck batteries, 200 gallons of gas and 300 gallons of diesel and some scrap metal were stolen from the building.

An employee of Casey's, at 3500 West 16th, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $62.50 gas drive off on September 18, 2014.

A man in the 1500 Block of East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that his young dog bit him a little too hard, while they played rough. The man had to go to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a tetanus shot and was not badly injured.

Five Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Crouch for a Johnson County warrant, bond set at $8,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Terry Schoenthal for shoplifting a phone charger at Wood's, valued at $19.99.

Sedalia Police arrested Patrick Proctor for driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Sedalia Police arrested Derek Underwood for a parole violation.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Ricco Martinez for an active Pettis County warrant.
