The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, September 25, 2015.

A man hit several parked cars in the Golden Corral parking lot, yesterday (September 24). According to Sedalia Police, the man confused the gas pedal with the brake pedal, hit three vehicles and damaged the railing on the north side of the building.

A man reported to Sedalia Police he was the victim of internet theft by fraud, where he lost $2,500 on Craig's List.

A Walmart employee reported to Sedalia Police someone stole $17.96 worth of merchandise from the store on Wednesday (September 23).

Sedalia Police arrested Charlene Hicks after she ran a red light and was found to have drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. On the way to the jail, she pulled a large amount of meth out, told the officer about the meth, became combative and had to be restrained. Hicks apparently ingested some of the meth and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment. Hicks faces charges of distribution of synthetic narcotics, resisting an arrest for a felony, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful transaction with a child.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeremiah Littlepage for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $1,500.

Sedalia Police arrested Peter Clawson for animals running at large after his dog ran loose and was aggressive.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Brett Lechner for an active warrant from out of Boone County.

A woman in the area of West Johnson and North Moniteau reported to Sedalia Police she found a black Sanyo flat screen tv in her driveway, next to her garage yesterday (September 24).

A wallet was found near West 11th and South State Fair Boulevard.
