Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Crime Reports: Morning of Friday, September 5, 2014

The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, September 5, 2014.

Several Thefts and Property Damage Reported

A woman in the 500 Block of West 7th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole over $1,800 in items from her home, yesterday (Sept. 4).

A man in the 14000 Block of Drake Road in La Monte reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole hog panel gates, sometime between August 27 and August 31.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a burglary and property damage that happened in the 30000 Block of Muschaney Road in Sedalia. The victim reported to Pettis County Deputies that two of the buildings had damages to two entry doors.

A woman in the 600 Block of West 16th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a small purse, with prescription medicine in it, while she was working, yesterday (Sept. 4).

Sedalia Police investigated a reported case of harassment in the 300 Block of South Lamine.

An injured cat was found in the 800 Block of West 6th on Wednesday (Sept. 3). The Animal Control Officer determined that the cat needed to be put down.

Four Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Beanna Gonzalez and Kayla Jones for stealing $67.59 in items from Walmart.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Justin Pruett for having a Pettis County and Lake Winnebago warrant.

Sedalia Police issued Derek Marquess a municipal court summons for trespassing.
