Pettis County Deputies Investigate Livestock Stolen

A man on Highway BB in Longwood reported to Pettis County Deputies that 24 heifers were missing from his grazing land between June 5 and 7.

Pettis County Deputies Investigate a Possible Suicide

Pettis County Deputies responded to a house in Green Ridge for an apparent suicide. The case is under investigation.

Pettis County Deputies responded to the 1000 Block of East Boonville for a physical disturbance.

Several Thefts Reported

A man in the 1200 Block of East 11th reported to Sedalia Police that a wheel barrow and antique plow were stolen from his garage between June 3 and 8. The man also reported a Garmin GPS was stolen from his car about a month ago.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from the 19000 Block of Butterbaugh Ford Road that someone stole pressure washers, air conditioners, riding and push mowers and other scrap metal items on June 6 or 7.

A man in the 400 Block of East 6th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into his garage, damaged two doors on the building and spray painted the outside of the building on June 8.

A man in the 2400 Block of West Main reported to Sedalia Police that someone took some of his money on June 7.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone entered her unlocked car and broke the shifter from the steering column of her truck in the area of South Ohio and West 14th between 8:45 and 9:35 p.m. on June 8.

A woman in the 200 Block of South Park reported to Sedalia Police that someone threw a rock through the car window between 4 p.m. on June 7 and 7 a.m. on June 8.

A man in the 1200 Block of South Mildred reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke a rear window of his 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis between 10 p.m. on June 7 and 7:33 a.m. on June 8.

A man in the 2300 Block of East 28th reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged his mailbox.

Pettis County Deputies towed an abandoned vehicle that was parked in the roadway in the 22100 Block of Highway H.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Lucas Franklin for driving while revoked, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Tyrome Kelly for having no operator's license, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Serena Baskins for six charges of a failure to appear out of Marshall, bond set at $453 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Billy Brown for a warrant, bond set at $100 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Bemiss for failure to appear for driving while revoked, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Katherine Montgomery for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Erica Patterson for driving while revoked.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Bobby Johnson for an active Pettis County warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Gordon Hawkins for possession of a controlled substance on Missouri Avenue, near West Pettis Street.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Jacob Hull for driving without a license.
