Sedalia Police went to the 1200 Block of South Osage on a report that a child was touched inappropriately yesterday (March 26).

Sedalia Police and Pettis County Deputies Investigate Several Thefts And Trespassing Reports

A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his 2012 dark copper color Jeep Compass with tinted windows from the O'Reilly Auto Parts parking lot yesterday afternoon (March 26) at 2414 West Broadway.

A woman in the 400 Block of East 7th reported to Sedalia Police that someone damaged her vehicle on March 23.

An employee of Woods reported to Sedalia Police that she saw someone conceal items in his jacket and left the store without paying.

Sedalia Police investigated a reported case of harassment that happened in the 400 Block of North Grand.

A man in the 200 Block of West Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that someone trespassed on his property yesterday (March 26).

Pettis County Deputies received a report yesterday (March 26) that someone was trespassing in the area of Route V and Route U.

Pettis County Deputies issued three trespassing citations to three unnamed men that stole an item in the area of East Smithton Road and Florence Road between March 19 and 26. The men returned the stolen property and left the scene before they were found driving on Florence Road yesterday (March 26) by Pettis County Deputies.

Pettis County Deputies Make Two Arrests

Pettis County Deputies arrested Kevin Richards and John Hughes for having active Pettis County warrants.
