The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, August 4, 2014.

Several Thefts and Property Damage Reported

A man in the 32000 Block of May Road reported to Pettis County Deputies yesterday  (Aug. 3)  that someone stole his shotgun.

Pettis County Deputies received a report that someone shot out the window to a home in the 2700 Block of Rosebud Circle on Saturday morning (Aug. 2).

A man on Carpenter Road in Smithton reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole his wallet, jeans shorts and a cell phone, yesterday (Aug. 3).

A woman reported to Sedalia Police on Saturday that someone stole the 2015 tabs off her vehicle, sometime in the last two months.

A business in the Thompson Hills Shopping Center reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole a $72 bottle of perfume on Aug. 1.

An employee of Casey's, at 3050 South Limit, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $10 gas drive off.

Sedalia Police Investigate a Hit and Run Accident

A woman in the 1500 Block of South Quincy reported to Sedalia Police that she was the victim of a hit and run accident on Saturday afternoon (Aug 2), between 1:30 and 4.

Several Dog Bites and Assault Cases Received

A woman in the area of South Engineer and East 3rd reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted by someone she knows on Aug. 1.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a case of harassment in the 4200 Block of West Main Street on Saturday (Aug. 2).

A woman from Columbia, reported to Pettis County Deputies that she was bit by a dog in the 23000 Block of Roth Rock Road on Saturday (Aug. 2).

Sedalia Police went to the 1200 Block of East 11th on Saturday (August 2), on a report of a pit bull running a loose and attacking a man. Sedalia Police gave Chase Cogan a summons for having a dog bite and attack and an animal running at large.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Francisca Quetzecua for driving while suspended and failure to appear, bond set at $622.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Carla Stephens for stealing from Walmart, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeffery Hazelrigg for a private peace disturbance, bond set at $233 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Anthony Quick for failure to appear, bond set at $150 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Michael Wilson for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Brandon Ede for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Jada Kraft for abuse of a child, domestic assault in the 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child-ritual.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Keli Reno of Sedalia for having two active Pettis County warrants and was also charged with possession of marijuana.

Sedalia Police arrested Michelle Bowman for assault.

Sedalia Police arrested Xavair Hall for a private peace disturbance.
