The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, Dec. 9, 2013.

Sedalia Police Investigating a Sexual Assault and Three Assaults

Sedalia Police received a report of a 13-year-old that was possibly sexually assaulted.

Sedalia Police are investigating reports of assaults in the 1700 Block of East 14 St., 2400 Block of West 3rd St. and 1300 Block of South Osage.

Numerous Thefts Reported Over The Weekend

A victim in the 22000 Block of Highway T in Dresden reported to Pettis County Deputies that somebody broke in to the house and stole $1,359 in items between Nov. 29 and Dec. 6.

Employees of Penske Leasing Company in the 4100 Block of South Limit reported to Sedalia Police that two catalytic convertor units were stolen from one of their business trucks.

Pettis County Deputies responded to the 2800 Block of Westlake Drive for a report of a stolen air conditioner unit.

A woman in the 1100 Block of West 2nd St. reported to Sedalia Police that a back step side bumper to her truck was removed, including the license plate.

A woman in the 800 Block of Westwood reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a black backpack from her car.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she lost her wallet at either Panera Bread or Orsheln's yesterday (Dec. 8) and the wallet has not been turned in.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that his wallet was either lost or stolen in the 1300 Block of South Limit.

A man in the 16000 Block of Oak Point Road in Lamonte reported he was the victim of identity theft between Nov. 25 and Dec. 6.

Sedalia Police Investigate Dog Attack and a Report of a Dog On the Loose

A woman in the 2500 Block of Highland Drive reported to Sedalia Police that she was walking her dog when another dog came up to her dog and attacked it on Dec. 6 around 5:45 a.m. The woman was bit by the attacking dog while trying to get her dog away from it. The attacking dog has not been found. The dog is described as "a muscular pit bull-type dog, mostly white with a collar."

A man in the 1000 Block of South Henry reported to Sedalia Police that there was a dog being allowed to run loose. Sedalia Police saw the boxer run loose while investigating and a municipal court summons will be issued to the owners.

Several Arrests Made Over the Weekend

Sedalia Police arrested Peter Vratney II for stealing $1,052.72 in items from Walmart.

Sedalia Police arrested Brandon Blaylock for being a fugitive from justice, bond set at $25,000.

Sedalia Police arrested Timothy Estes for failure to yield the right of way and driving while suspended, bond set at $842.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Shannon Bates for disobeying a stop sign and driving while suspended, bond set at $642.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Jones for failure to appear, bond set at $600 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Jared Haynes for improper lane usage and driving while intoxicated, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Lucille Parkes for driving while intoxicated, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested David Snyder for stealing from Walmart, bond set at $532.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Michelle McKinney for failure to appear, bond set at $150.

Sedalia Police arrested Alan Saxton for failure to appear, bond set at $10.

Sedalia Police arrested Michael Ritcheson for improper lane use, disobeying a stop sign, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Sedalia Police arrested Aaron Argenbright for a drug violation for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug violation for possession of opium, cocaine and their derivatives and a warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Summer Porch for failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Jeremy Bell for an active warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Tiffanie O'Malley on an active Sedalia warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Justin Lange for outstanding Pettis County warrants.

Pettis County Deputies arrested James Renno III for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Sarah Sawford and Mark Weems for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police took possession of two bicycles that were found in the 2800 Block of South Grand.

Sedalia Police took possession of a 26-inch Mt. Fury bike was found in the 600 Block of East 18 St.
