The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, February 2, 2015.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone cashed twenty-one checks, valued at $1,000, off his account.

A man in the 1600 Block of East 11th, reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his kayak, valued at $250, between Noon on Feb. 22 and 8 p.m. on Feb. 26.

An employee of Factory Connection reported to Sedalia Police that a white male attempted to take clothes from the store, after pulling the tags off them and damaged the material.

Sedalia Police investigated a two-vehicle crash near Highway 50 and Hancock at 3:10 Saturday morning (Feb. 28). 20-year-old Anibal Aguirre struck a sheriff's department vehicle, driven by Jimmy Moore. Aguirre's vehicle drifted into the lane that Moore was in and both vehicles had very minor damage and neither party suffered injuries. Pettis County Deputies arrested Anibal 'Henry' Aguirre of Sedalia on charges of driving while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcohol and careless and imprudent driving causing an accident.

Friday afternoon (Feb. 27) at 12:54, Sedalia Police investigated a two-vehicle accident at Highway 65 and Country Club. 33-year-old Ryan Woolery was driving southbound on Highway 65 and wanted to make the turn onto Country Club. Another vehicle wanted to turn into the Orscheln Plaza and they waved Woolery through. Woolery tried to make the turn and hit another northbound vehicle, driven by 24-year-old Brittany Ditto of Columbia. Both vehicles suffered moderate damage.

Sedalia Police went to the Bothwell Regional Health Center ER on Friday (Feb. 27), after a man reported that he was bit by one of his dogs and needed to seek treatment.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Michael Agee of Sedalia on driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, no proof of insurance and failed to display valid plates on the motor vehicle.

Pettis County Deputies took a report of a private property accident in the 21000 Block of West Broadway yesterday morning (Mar. 1). The accident is still being investigated due to one of the parties involved that left the scene.

Pettis County Deputies took a report of a peace disturbance in 1300 Block of 40th Street Terrace, that occurred between 3:25 and 5:07 Saturday morning (Feb. 28).

Sedalia Police arrested James Kronk for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $3,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Daryl Nasser for a Boone County warrant for obstructing a court order, bond set at $319.20 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Kimberly Edwards of Houstonia for possession of marijuana.

Sedalia Police arrested Alvin Brown Jr. for a public peace disturbance.

Sedalia Police arrested Shelly Glaab for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicholas Smith for property damage in the 1st.

Sedalia Police arrested Dale Kabler for a private peace disturbance and property damage in the 2nd.

Sedalia Police arrested Justin Meyer for being a fugitive from out of state.
