Several Thefts Reported

A man reported to Sedalia Police, yesterday (Nov. 16), that he had a car sale deal with a man that went bad and that he heard the man was going to leave town with the car.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his Lenovo laptop computer from his home in the 1300 Block of East 3rd on Nov. 16.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that several items were stolen from a house that she was moving out of in the 300 Block of West Pettis, yesterday (Nov. 16).

Sedalia Police received a report that someone cut a cable that secured two plastic gas cans with four gallons of gas.

An employee of Cork N Bottle reported to Sedalia Police that a quick change artist tried to scam the business with a $100 bill.

An employee of Casey's, at 1601 East Broadway, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $39 gas drive off.

An employee of Dollar General reported to Sedalia Police that a juvenile girl was found stealing some make up on Nov. 15. The juvenile was placed under arrest and released to her guardian.

A man in the 4200 Block of West Main Street reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone tried to pry open the doors on a 2004 Ford Taurus and caused $1500 in damages.

A man in the 5100 Block of South Lake Drive reported to Pettis County Deputies that a mailbox, valued at $50, was destroyed on Nov. 14.

A man reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged property in the 2800 Block of Monsees Drive on Nov. 14.

Sedalia Police Investigate a Hit and Run Accident

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was the victim of a hit and run accident in the 1300 Block of South Ohio at 1:46 a.m. on Nov. 16.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Zachary Fisher for stealing $15.09 in gas at Casey's, at 1601 East Broadway, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Amber Decker for possession of marijuana, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Elizabeth Miller for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $500.

Sedalia Police arrested Ja'nay Kendrick for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Cameron Anderson for driving while intoxicated.

Sedalia Police arrested Danny Wideman was arrested for a private peace disturbance.

Pettis County Deputies arrested David Wilson on a Pettis County warrant for failure to appear.
