The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, October 26, 2015.

A man at West 5th and South Barrett reported to Sedalia Police someone stole his red 2002 Ford Escort ZX2, valued at $1,000, from in front of his home, yesterday morning (October 25).

Pettis County Deputies took a report that someone stole a green 1995 Ford Ranger from Mark's Used Autos at 3620 West Broadway, between October 23 and 25.

A woman in the area of West 4th and South Grand reported to Sedalia Police someone stole over $6,000 in camera equipment from her truck on October 23.

A woman in the area of South Harrison and West 11th Street reported to Sedalia Police someone stole $600 in items from her car, between 9:30 Thursday night (October 22) and 8 Friday morning (October 23).

An employee of Tractor Supply reported to Sedalia Police someone stole $153.94 in clothing on Saturday (October 24). The items were recovered by the Osage Police Department.

A woman in the 1500 Block of Crestview Drive in Sedalia reported to Pettis County Deputies there was a theft on Saturday (October 24).

Pettis County Deputies received a report from a woman in the 29700 Block of Whiteman Road in Cole Camp, someone ran over her mailbox, causing $100 in damages, on the night of October 22 or morning of October 23.

A woman in the area of West 4th and Dal-Whi-Mo Court reported to Sedalia Police someone damaged two tires on her 2005 Nissan Altima, causing $200 in damages on Saturday (October 24).

Sedalia Police investigated a report of domestic assault in the area of West Saline and Scott Joplin Court on October 23.
A man in the area of Pettis and Missouri reported to Sedalia Police his car was struck on the driver's side rear, causing a considerable amount of damage, yesterday morning (October 25). The suspect vehicle left the scene eastbound on Pettis.

There was a hit and run accident in the Kohls parking lot. 17-year-old Mary Casto was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. In addition, Sedalia Police arrested  17-year-old Chelsea Clemons  for possession of drug paraphernalia, when they were investigating the hit and run accident.

Pettis County Deputies towed an abandoned vehicle at the intersection of Highway 50 and Highw MM, yesterday (October 25).

Sedalia Police arrested Shyanne Meyer for stealing $23.64 in merchandise from Walmart, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Sherman Ward for assault, bond set at $522.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Dusty Parish for driving while suspended, failure to appear and failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $350 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicole Mosby for a public peace disturbance, bond set at $283.50.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Phillip Dean Schafer of Sedalia on an active Pettis County warrant for failure to appear in the amount of $250 cash only on Saturday (October 24).

Pettis County Deputies arrested Michael Edward Hamilton for an active warrant out of Ray County for failure to appear in Court in the amount of $200 cash only on Sunday.

Sedalia Police arrested Alvin Brown Jr. for trespassing in the 1st degree.
