The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013.

Several Thefts Reported

Pettis County Deputies received a report from a man in Hughesville that his vehicle was stolen from the 3000 Block of Highway HH in Smithton.

A man in the 200 Block of South Quincy reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke in and stole copper wiring from an electrical box sometime since Oct. 20.

Employees of Lemaire's reported to Sedalia Police that a propane fryer was stolen from behind the building between 8 p.m. on Nov. 1 and 11 a.m. on Nov. 5.

Sedalia Police Receive a Report of an Assault

Sedalia Police investigated a reported assault that happened in the area of North Summit and West Saline.

Pettis County Deputies made a report that someone dumped a large amount of tires into a Pettis County Jail sometime since Oct. 25.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Jamale Jester for having a Green County warrant, bond set at $75,000.

Sedalia Police arrested Steven Fentherston for driving while suspended, bond set at $535.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Angela Hughes for failure to appear on an open container charge, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Paul Starke for a parole obsconder, no bond set.

Sedalia Police arrested Matthew Dawson for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and was placed under twelve-hour protective custody.
