The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s crime reports are from the morning of Thursday, August 13, 2015.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police she was involved in a hit and run accident in the area of 16th and Limit on August 7. She told police, she struck the rear passenger side of the suspect vehicle, when it pulled in front of her. The suspect vehicle fled at a high rate of speed and turned northbound on Limit.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police three subjects came to the Read Community Center to see about renting it out. The subjects left and it was discovered a flat screen tv was stolen.

An employee of Aaron’s Sales & Lease reported to Sedalia Police someone leased out a 6-piece living room set, valued at $1,909.54, and an 8-piece bedroom set, valued at $1,398.89, but they have not been paid for them since April 27.

An employee of Aaron’s Sales & Lease reported to Sedalia Police someone leased out a 39-inch Magnavox Edge LED tv, valued at $491.99, and an Xbox One, valued at $719.99, but they have not been paid for those items since May 21.

An employee of Aaron’s Sales & Lease reported to Sedalia Police that no payment has been made on an HP Desktop All-In-One, valued at $899.99; or Tablet, valued at $764.99; and a Playstation 4, valued at $719.99 since it was leased out on April 7.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police someone stole her Verizon LG cell phone and four WIC checks from her unlocked vehicle in the area of East 16th and South Collins.

A man from Warrensburg reported to Pettis County Deputies something was stolen from him in the 27000 Block of Griessen Road on August 12.

Pettis County Deputies investigated a report of trespassing in the 1400 Block of Elm Hills Boulevard yesterday.

Sedalia Police arrested Taylor Clark for stealing from Walmart and possession of marijuana, bond set at $1,067 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Angela Blanski for possession of meth.

Sedalia Police arrested Erica Patterson of La Monte for shoplifting from Walmart.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Rachell Clark of Sedalia, for driving while suspended and failed to register motor vehicle with the department of revenue.
