The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Thursday, January 8, 2015.

There was a pedestrian struck by a car at Broadway and Quincy on Jan. 6 at 6:23 p.m. The pedestrian was trying to cross the highway at a time when traffic was high and was not wearing any reflective gear. The driver of the vehicle did not see the person until it was too late. The vehicle had minor damage to the hood and the pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by ambulance.

A man reported to Pettis County Deputies that he was the victim of identity theft when somebody obtained television services in his name in another town.

Yesterday (Jan. 7), a man in the 1000 Block of South State Fair Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that he was feeding his infant daughter, when someone broke the window to the rear door of his apartment. The man heard someone slam the rear door and the suspect did not appear to steal anything.

Sedalia Police arrested Lachelle Flores for two failure to appear-misdemeanor charges and another failure to appear charge.
