The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, August 12, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A man in the 37000 Block of Meisner Road in Ionia, reported to Pettis County Deputies that one of his vehicles were stolen, between August 4 and 11.

An abandoned all terrain vehicle was found in the county and was found to be stolen from Ag Pro at 2205 South Limit.

A woman in the 400 Block of West 20th reported to Sedalia Police that someone either stole or she lost $40 in vouchers since July.

A Walmart Asset Protection employee reported to Sedalia Police that two Hispanic females concealed items and left the store without paying on August 7.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a theft in the 4500 Block of Forest Park Road. The victim reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole four mag wheels from a vehicle, valued at $200, between August 8 and 11.

Four Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Savannah Bellamy for driving while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol, bond set at $1,067.

Sedalia Police arrested Shelly Dey for loud noise, public peace disturbance and was placed into 12-hour protective custody, bond set at $816.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeromie Reed after he ran away from a vehicle, during a traffic stop. Reed was charged with failure to obey/resisting arrest, bond set at $533.50.

Nathan Smith was arrested by Sedalia Police after a short foot pursuit after a traffic stop on August 11. Smith faces two charges of possession of a controlled substance and felony resisting arrest.
