The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, October 14, 2014.

Sedalia Police Received Report of Theft and Property Damage

Pettis County Deputies received a report of property damage in the 26000 Block of Prairie Road yesterday (Oct. 13). A vehicle and the front door was damaged, causing $2,200 in damage.

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole items from a car that was in the area of Leroy Van Dyke Road and Highway M in Smithton.

Sedalia Police Investigates an Assault at Skate Park

Sedalia Police received a report of an assault that happened at the Skate Park at Katy Park on October 5. Justin Smith admitted to punching the victim and was given a court summons of November 5.

Three Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Justice Kendrick for failure to appear, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Cerrina Elliott for driving while suspended, drug violation for possession of marijuana misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeremiah Miller for possession of drug paraphernalia.
